South Africa World Cup Outreach Update
August 2010
The World Cup Outreach in South Africa was a fruitful time of ministry.  We ministered to sports fans, prostitutes, homeless people, police, prisoners, children, youth, and the elderly.  We ministered in slums, schools, farms, orphanages, hospitals, prisons, and pubs. We saw God move in incredible ways—in salvations, healings, and lives being touched by the power and love of God.  We saw our students grow in their faith and step out in their giftings.  

New Happenings
September 2010
We are really excited about some new outreach opportunities that YWAM Byron Bay is venturing into.  One is partnering with a local church to start up a youth program.  This ministry is really taking off!  Another ministry that we at YWAM Byron Bay are looking into is the starting up a Cafe ministry.  We are also looking forward to the start of a new school in just two weeks.  We have 8 students coming from the US, Canada, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.  Welcome guys--we are excited to have you be a part of our family!
