YWAM Byron Bay has many different and exciting opportunities to serve our base. Listed below are several of our staffing opportunities. We would love for you to come and join our crew with the one prerequisite that you have completed a DTS. Click here for application forms.

DTS Staff: Have you completed a DTS? Want an opportunity to use and apply what you have learned? We would love for you to come and be a part of our training crew here at YWAM Byron Bay. Pray and ask God if staffing at YWAM Byron is the place that he would have for you.

Communications: Are you tech savvy? Are you good with words? Do you have IT experience? We are looking for a gifted and passionate person to work in our communications department. This would involve overseeing our website and IT needs.

Kitchen Manager: Are you passionate about food? Do you love overseeing teams and serving others? Come and join us as Kitchen Manager!! We need someone who can keep us fed and happy;)

Multi-Media: Are you a visual person? Are you creative with ideas of how to reach the community through today’s media? If so come and join us in this exciting new department.

Basic Leadership School: Are you interested in developing your leadership skills? Do you want to see God’s heart for the nations released in our DTS Students? Join us for an exciting Leadership school that runs along side the DTS. You will have opportunities to mentor students, lead outreach teams and be developed in your leadership skills.

Events Management: Do you like to plan events? Are you someone who can make things happen? If so we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Events Management Team! You will be a part of a team which will oversee 4 major outreaches we do each year as well as facilitate many volunteers from around the world.

Maintenance Department: Do you like working outdoors? Are you good at fixing things? Can you manage a team of people? Then we would love to have you join us as Maintenance Manager!

Evangelism Team Members: Do you have a heart for the lost and a passion for developing strategies to reach them? We are looking for an energetic and visionary person to come and join our Evangelism Team.
