A CALL TO GROW

The secondary internship is to develop you in your character and take your leadership to the next level. The purpose of this course to grow you as a whole person both spiritually and emotionally.

Assessment will come through observing and supporting your ministry life and you as a person. You will work in a ministry context and carry real ministry responsibilities, this includes leading one of our YWAM Byron Bay courses or one of our many YWAM Byron Bay ministries. This 2 year course will operate in cycles of 12 weeks in each one of the following 4 holistic modules:

• The leader as a person (who I am)

• The leader and their discipleship (who I lead – individuals)

• The leader and their team (who I lead – teams/groups)

• The leader and their leadership skills (what I do)
