Staff Internship

Our staff internship (Certificate IV in Christian Missions - C4CM) is a two-year hands on course that trains and assists you in the central fundamentals of becoming involved in full time missions. The C4CM works alongside the other base opportunities.

* The prerequisite to join staff is the completion of a YWAM Discipleship Training School (DTS).

Associate Pastor

 

This leadership role requires a 4-5 year commitment and a minimum training requirement of completion of the DTS, our Christian Missions course (C4CM) as well as Diploma in Christian Missions Leadership.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting our YWAM community to respond to Biblical teachings, living a Biblical lifestyle.

Leading worship and prayer services; sermons, devotions, Bible studies; training in our DTS and leadership programs. Participation in community activities, encouraging others in their roles and organising community projects. Providing advice and prayer to YWAM staff and students. Assisting the director in overall ministry strategies.

Attend YWAM gatherings with younger members to encourage them and their personal development. Maintain an ongoing lifestyle of evangelism. Administrative duties.
